Closer To Thailand National Team Manager, Madam Pang: A Socialite Who Doesn't Profit From Football

JAKARTA - Recently, the figure of the manager of the Thailand national team, Nualphan Lamsam, has successfully stolen the attention of football fans. This is because of his beautiful figure and always faithfully accompanying his team to appear in the 2020 AFF Cup.

Behind her stunning appearance as a football club manager, Madam Pang - as she is known - turns out to be a well-known socialite.

With this background, it is certain that Madam Pang is a person who is covered in material things. However, there is one interesting thing that he revealed behind his decision to become the manager of the Thailand national team.

Madam Pang admits that managing a soccer team is something she doesn't think will bring any profit. Therefore for him, managing a football team requires great sincerity and love.

"I have to admit that the only thing that can't be profitable is football," said Madam Pang, quoted by Siam Sport.

But even though she was well aware that what she was doing would not bring any profit, Madam Pang still did her job loyally. He still continues to faithfully accompany on the sidelines when the War Elephant troops struggle.

Madam Pang herself apparently has a slick record in the Thai football world. In 2015 he bought Thai League club Port FC, and later served as club president.

In addition, at the national team level, Madam Pang is also the manager of the Thailand women's national team which successfully qualified for the World Cup finals in 2015 and 2019. Because of her achievements, Madam Pang was then trusted to be the manager of the Thailand U-23 national team.

In August 2021, the Football Federation of Thailand (FAT) then decided to appoint Madam Pang as manager of the Thailand national team. Her background as a socialite and businessman who loves football will clearly benefit the Thai national team.

This is evident from the way Madam Pang stimulates players to look good. Unmitigated, he promises a bonus if the players succeed in winning the match.

In fact, to increase Thailand's enthusiasm for action in the 2020 AFF Cup, Madam Pang has prepared a bonus of 26 million baht or the equivalent of IDR 11.1 billion if he is able to become a champion.

Seeing how loyal Madam Pang is to the team, no doubt many say that the success of the Thai national team at the door to winning the AFF Cup was thanks to the big role of Madam Pang's manager.
