Brighton Ends Bad Streak Without A Win In 11 Games, Graham Potter: The Long Wait Has Come True

JAKARTA - Brighton & Hove Albion coach, Graham Potter finally breathed a sigh of relief because he could break his team's bad trend in recent times. The reason, in the match against Brentford they successfully pocketed a 2-0 victory.

This result is a good record for Brighton, who have played 11 matches in the 2021/2020 Premier League competition but have only won this time. Potter said the win over Brentford was a long wait, which had finally come true.

"As has been pointed out, this (win) has been long (awaited)," said Graham Potter, quoted from Largs & Millport.com.

"We've got the three points and that's important for us," Potter continued.

In the 19th week of the 2021/2022 Premier League match which took place at the Falmer Stadium, Brighton managed to score two goals from the execution of Leandro Trossatd in the 34th minute followed by Neal Maupay in the 42nd minute.

The Potters called this 2-0 victory over Brentford as the breaker of their deadlock as far as the competition. Successfully scoring the first victory, Potter admitted that this was a fun and proud thing for the players.

With this victory, Brighton has now collected 23 points as capital to stay in 9th position in the standings.
