Bali United Vs Persipura Jayapura Wins 1-0, Boosts To Rank Five

JAKARTA - The Bali United vs Persipura Jayapura match took place in a goalless draw at the Sultan Agung Stadium, Bantul, Friday, November 6. A new goal was created in the last minute which brought Bali United to beat Persipura 1-0.

A 90+7 minute goal by Ricy Fajrin brought Bali United to beat Persipura, who competed with 10 players since the 86th minute, with a 1-0 score in the 2021-2022 Indonesian Liga 1 continued at the Sultan Agung Stadium, Bantul, Friday.

The victory made Bali United's position boosted to fifth place in the League 1 standings by collecting 19 points.

For Persipura, the negative result made them still sink in 17th position or the relegation zone by collecting five points from 11 matches.

In that match, Persipura actually performed well from the start and several times made Bali United players fall up and down in order to secure the defense.

In the 41st minute Persipura striker Yevhen Bokhashvili made Bali United goalkeeper Nadeo Argawinata have to stretch his body to block the ball.

In the second half, the winger of the "Black Pearl" squad, Ferinando Pahabol, made three shots on target which required Nadeo to work hard to keep the net.

Disaster finally came to the foster children of Jackson Tiago. Bali United's last chance through a corner kick executed by Eber Bessa resulted in a goal in the 90-7 minute.

Eber's ball kick created chaos. Ricky Fajrin who saw the ball rolling wildly without hesitation kicked it into the Persipura goal. Bali United vs. Persipura Jayapura was closed with a 1-0 win and was entitled to three points.
