Toyota Command Post And Workshop Are Ready To Accompany The 2023 Nataru Holiday Trip

JAKARTA - PT Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM) presents the Toyota Alert Service program through a total of 302 service points during the 2023 Christmas and 2024 New Year holidays (Nataru). The program is a commitment so that customer travel during the Nataru holiday can run calmly, safely, and comfortably.

The service consists of five Toyota Alert Posts operating for a full 24 hours at Rest Area Km 57 Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road, Rest Area Trans Java Probolinggo Toll Road, 34,42409 Merak, Gilimanuk Bali, and Ungaran Central Java.

In addition, there are 297 Alert Workshops that continue to operate normally on the Christmas 2023 to New Year 2024 holidays to anticipate customers who need vehicle maintenance and repair services during the Nataru holiday.

Collaboration with Toyota's official dealers network, Toyota Alert Service will operate from 22 December 2023 to 1 January 2024. Presenting Total Mobility Solution, Toyota Standby Posts operating 24 hours provide periodic service Toyota cars and light repairs that can still be done at the command post.

If it turns out that the problem with the customer's car is heavier, it will be assisted to repair it at the nearest Toyota official workshop.

The Toyota Mobile Service service is also alerted to pick up the ball of a customer's car that is having problems around the Toyota Posko Siaga area.

Interestingly, the cost of services and the genuine spare part is the same as Toyota's official workshop. Customers also get additional benefits, namely a 25 percent discount on service fees and free TMO Wiper Fluid.

Especially for Toyota, the Cikampek Alert Command Post can also provide car tires replacement services.

There are several interesting facilities that are presented at the post, such as a rest room or lounge that is comfortable equipped with air conditioning, free wifi, satellite TV, and automatic massage chairs, as well as kids corner and game cornerers for children.

Toyota also ensures that customers' electrification vehicles (xEVs) will receive the same service at the Toyota Command Post Alert and Toyota Bengkel Alert.

In addition, the charging station facilities at 74 official Toyota dealers will remain open according to operating hours, including the 2023 Christmas and 2024 New Year holidays for Toyota Bengkel Siaga.
