JAKARTA - Entering the Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr homecoming season, various preparations are usually carried out by the public before traveling to their hometowns. To support consumer convenience, Jetour presents a Free Check-Up program available at 12 official showrooms spread across a number of regions in Indonesia.

This program is prepared so that customer vehicles are in the best condition before being used for long-distance travel during the homecoming period. Marketing Director of PT JETOUR Sales Indonesia Moch Ranggy Radiansyah, said that Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr are very meaningful times for the Indonesian people because they are synonymous with the tradition of returning home.

"The Ramadan/Idul Fitri moment is a meaningful moment for the Indonesian people, because in this month many families prepare for the homecoming trip," he said in Jakarta, Tuesday, March 10.

According to him, the free vehicle inspection program is available at a number of Jetour showroom networks spread across various regions in Indonesia. "Free Check-Up is open during the Lebaran period, there are enough showrooms on the islands of Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan and Sulawesi," he said.

The Free Check-Up program takes place from March 13 to 17, 2026 or for five days. This service can be used by all Jetour vehicle owners in Indonesia, including Jetour T2 users, Jetour Dashing, to Jetour X70 Plus.

A number of showrooms that provide this service include Jetour Pluit, Jetour Kelapa Gading, Jetour Bandung Pasteur, Jetour Bandung BKR, Jetour Bekasi, Jetour Surabaya, Jetour Medan, Jetour Palembang, Jetour Lampung, Jetour Batam, Jetour Pontianak, and Jetour Makassar.

In addition to free vehicle inspections, Jetour also prepares a Standby Workshop that will serve consumers during the Lebaran period. This facility provides inspection services to minor repairs according to the needs of vehicle users.

"Where it will provide a free check-up program for Jetour consumers, and also a Standby Workshop in several cities," said Ranggy.

The Standby Workshop program will operate from March 18 to 24, 2026 for seven days with service hours from 08.00 to 16.00 WIB. The presence of this program is part of Jetour's commitment to providing after-sales services that are ready to support the journey of consumers to remain safe and comfortable.
