JAKARTA - The Gaikindo Jakarta Auto Week (GJAW) Exhibition will take place from November 21, and interestingly, this grand event will be attended by more participants and become the launch site for the latest products from various manufacturers.

This exhibition is also present with the main aim of increasing sales massively and encouraging the automotive market in Indonesia, to achieve sales targets by the end of the year and provide convenience for the public in owning new vehicles.

"This exhibition is the right momentum for the community to obtain various choices of the latest vehicles with the best offers. Unlike other GAIKINDO exhibitions, this event has the main focus on encouraging maximum sales," said Putu Juli Ardika, Chairman of Gaikindo, when met at Senayan, Thursday, October 24.

This year GJAW is fully supported by Permata Bank as the main sponsor, which will present various interesting programs and promos throughout the event.

"We are sure that this collaboration will provide added value for consumers through special offers, ease of financing, and various special promos during Permata Bank GJAW 2025," said Putu.

Optimistic Exceeding Last Year's Target

Lasting for 10 days, the Daily Chairman of the Indonesian Motor Vehicle Industry Association (Gaikindo), Anton Kemal Tasli Kumonty, said he was optimistic that the transaction value at GJAW 2025 would exceed the previous year's GJAW achievement.

Not without reason, considering that this year's event came with a wider area of 90,000 square meters. The previous year was only 60,000 square meters.

Last year was IDR 5.1 trillion, yes. Logically, it's bigger size and more participants. Maybe naturally there are more visitors, the total transaction should also be more than last year," said Anton.

In terms of the number of visitors, at last year's GJAW, it was recorded as 148,000 to 150,000 people. As a result, Gaikindo also targets an increase in the number of visitors at the GJAW 2025 exhibition.

This year's exhibition will be enlivened by many well-known brands with a total of 80 well-known automotive brands, consisting of passenger vehicles, including BAIC, BMW, BYD, Changan, Citroen, Chery, Daihatsu, Denza, DFSK, Ford, GAC Indonesia, Geely, GWM, Honda, Jaecool, Jeep, Jetour, Release, Lexus, Maxus, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, MG, Mini, Mitsubishi Motors, Polytron, Seres, Subaru, Suzuki, Toyota, Vinfast, Wuling.
