JAKARTA - The global brand Omoda under the auspices of the Chery Group has many car line-ups, one of which is 09 SHS. In fact, the model was tested directly at the Tianma Circuit, Shanghai, China.

The SUV was tested through a variety of track scenarios, including high-speed acceleration and slalom tests, to prove the outstanding performance of the world's exclusive Quad-Motor AWD PHEV technology and Maybach-class suspension systems.

During the test, Omoda 09 SHS performed an extraordinary performance thanks to the presence of the world's exclusive AWD PHEV Quad-Motor technology it developed. With four independent driving motors, the SUV is capable of producing a combined output of up to 395 kW and a 650 Nm peak torque, providing a large energy boost and an instant response at every road conditions.

In fact, the acceleration of 0100 km/h can be achieved in just 4.9 seconds. In addition, the smart all-wheel (AWD) driving system also automatically adjusts the distribution of torques between front and rear wheels according to track conditions, ensuring optimal traction and perfect stability even at fast bends.

Country Director of Omoda & Jaecoo Indonesia Max Zhou, said Omoda 09 SHS is not only an ordinary hybrid SUV, but also a symbol of technological advances globally.

"We want to provide an efficient, powerful and intelligent driving experience for Indonesian consumers," he said, in an official statement received on Sunday, October 19.

This car is also claimed to have extraordinary capabilities thanks to an electromagnetic-based CDC Adaptive Suspension system capable of scanning road conditions up to 1,000 times per second and adjusting the damping in real-time.

In the slow test and fast bends, this car is able to withstand body roll well, maintain comfort, and provide a precise and stable steering response. As a result, motorists can experience fine, steady, and controllable driving on racing and daily roads.

In detail, this car packs the largest 34.46 kWh battery in its class, as well as a 70 liter fuel tank that provides a distance of more than 1,100 km in one full charge. Through the 65 kW DC fast charging feature, the battery can be filled from 30 to 80 percent in just 25 minutes, providing convenience without any worries about the distance.

Omoda claims this car will soon enter Indonesia. Of course, it is highly anticipated, especially since the hybrid segment is starting to attract a lot.
