JAKARTA Ford Australia announced a recall of 24,476 units of production Mustangs from 2015 to 2018. This step was taken after potential damage was found to the rear camera system that could cause images on the screen not to appear properly when the driver pushed the vehicle back.

In an official report to the Australian Department of Infrastructure, Ford stated that the failure of this camera system risks increasing the potential for accidents.
