Suzuki Appears Total At GIIAS 2025: Presents Hybrid Frontx To EVITARA Debut, Revolutionary Electric SUV

JAKARTA PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS) officially announced its participation in the largest automotive event in Indonesia, the 2025 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS). On this occasion, Suzuki not only presented superior product ranks, including the latest model of Tronx, but also presented various of the best services to introduce a more environmentally friendly and sustainable vision of the future of mobility.

Located in Hall 8, Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE), BSD City, Tangerang, the Suzuki booth comes with a more magnificent and wide view of up to 2,000 square meters. This new design is designed to provide an unforgettable comfort and experience for visitors.

GIIAS 2025 became an important stage for Suzuki to show his commitment to the issue of carbon neutrality. In his speech, Amano conveyed a strong message about Suzuki's transformation towards environmentally friendly vehicles.

One of the main highlights is the Funx, which is now present with hybrid technology. Amano expressed his gratitude for the extraordinary response from the Indonesian people to Tronx, which not only sparked curiosity, but also managed to steal the hearts of many consumers. As a form of appreciation, Suzuki held the handover procession for the first Frontonx unit in various regions since early July.

Not only that, the first appearance of the EVITARA which became Suzuki's first pure electric car (BATTERy Electric Vehicle / BEV) has become a special attraction. This car became a symbol of Suzuki's big leap in its multi-path strategy towards carbon neutrality.

EVITARA combines futuristic designs, advanced technologies, the latest generation safety features, and impressive SUV performance. The car is designed not only as a vehicle, but as a tangible manifestation of Suzuki's vision of a greener future.

"EVITARA is not just an EV, it is a form of our evolution. This electric SUV will be officially launched and available to consumers in early 2026," said Amano.

At GIIAS 2025, Suzuki also invited visitors to experience various innovations firsthand, ranging from the Suzuki Safety Support safety technology, the legendary Jimny car, to try out various models directly in the test drive area.
