JAKARTA - The luxury submerek from BYD, namely Yangwang, will certainly enter the European automotive market starting in 2026, and will compete with several other luxuryauts such as Bentley, Porsche, Lotus, and Ferrari.

The Yangwang U8 is also embedded with a hydraulic suspension of Disus-P and four electric motors with a combined peak power of 880 kW (1,180 hp) and a peak torque of 1,280 Nm. Behind the hood, the U8 has an ICE 2 L engine that functions as a generator.

This car accelerates up to 100 km/hour in 3.6 seconds. This car is also powered by a 49.05 kWh LFP battery for a range of 180 km. The combined range reaches 1,000 km. The biggest uniqueness of this car is its ability to float in water and travel at a speed of 3 km/hour.
