PT Inchscope Indomobil Distribution Indonesia as the sole agent of brand holder (ATPM) from Mercedes-Benz in Indonesia, inaugurated a network of dealers in Semarang, Central Java.

Built in collaboration with PT Hartono Raya Motor, this facility is a manifestation of the company's commitment to providing more personal and exclusive services in Indonesia.

CEO of PT Inchcape Indomobil Distribution Indonesia, Donald Rachmat said this dealer carries the MAR20X concept which provides a different experience for Indonesian customers.

The naming MAR20X stands for German, namely Markenauftritt Retail, or which means Retail Brand Appearance This concept brings a more immersive, personal, and open approach in creating Best Customer Experience, from when entering the showroom to the full-sale service process.

This concept prioritizes the customer-centric approach, which is to place customers at the center of the entire Mercedes-Benz brand experience.

The building is supported by digital and interactive services, such as the presence of digital screens, vehicle configurators, and other digital features designed to make the vehicle selection process and full-sale services feel more personal.

Customers will also be greeted by a STAR Assistant, a professional expert who provides a comprehensive explanation of products, technology, and services, as well as providing personal and exclusive experiences.

Carrying 3S (Sales, Service, and Spareparts) services, the building stands on an area of 14,000 square meters with a building area of 644 square meters by displaying six units of display in it.
