Not Officially Launched, JAECOO Orders J7 And J8 Touch 600 Units

JAECOO is one of the newest car brands from China to participate in enlivening the national automotive market. To date, two models, namely J7 and J8, have been introduced in the near future.

Before officially launching, JAECOO had opened pre-orders and orders from the two had reached 600 units. This was revealed by JAECOO Indonesia Head of Product Ryan Ferdian Tirto.

"For bookings, yes, at this time we have opened pre-books, for the number, of course the sales team knows better, but approximately 600 units have been ordered so far," he said, during a test drive session in Sentul, Bogor, West Java, Monday, June 16.

On the same occasion, JAECOO Head of Marketing Mohammad Ilham Pratama, said the order was still dominated by the J7 model because previously the J7 SHS and J7 AWD orders were opened.

"Still in J7, to my knowledge there are many J7s because for J8 we recently opened (pre-orders)," said Ilham.

Furthermore, Ilham said, there is something interesting for the history of ordering J8. This is because the figure is not only from Jakarta but also targets several other areas such as Sumatra, Kalimantan.

"It comes from Sumatra, Kalimantan areas can be said to be quite high. There is one that we ask, this is located in Banjarmasin, and its designation is to check the work site, and we still need a comfortable car," added Ilham.

Both cars will be announced in July, both for J7 and J8 and the price is predicted to be special.
