Chery Promises To Bring Many Models To Enliven Indonesia's Automotive Market

Chery promised to present many models to enliven the Indonesian automotive market, but it was not stated which model details would later launch.

This assurance was expressed by President of Chery International Zhang Guibing. He said the main goal of Chery was to provide vehicles that matched the needs of the Indonesian people.

"Chery is now trying to reach various consumers as requested. We are generally trying to make all of this step by step model," he said, when met in the West Jakarta area, some time ago.

Zhang Guibing said, Indonesia is a big market and a lot of different demand. For that, Chery offers consumer choices one by one.

"Indonesia is a large market and has many different demands, step by step. Hopefully later other products can offer more choices to consumers," he added.

As is known, currently Chery has a variety of vehicle models. Since it first returned three years ago this Chinese brand has evolved.

For example, currently Chery has an ICE, PHEV, and pure electric vehicles line-up. In fact, the latest model is Tiggo 8 CSH, which is the cheapest PHEV car in Indonesia, which is priced at IDR 499 million for the first 1,000 consumers, and the quota is almost exhausted.
