SMAN 2 Painan, Pesisir Selatan, West Sumatra submitted a proposal entitled Easy Catch in the form of a drone use project as a means of sending food orders to replace the currently used oil-fueled motorized vehicles. The idea is based on the fact that the use of motorized vehicles requires fuel from fossil energy, which is now running low in reserves in the world and its use creates pollution for the environment.
In accordance with the theme proposed in the proposal, students of SMAN 2 Painan also hope that the economy of the city of Painan will also develop in line with the level of public consumption, especially in food and beverage consumption along with the easier order delivery process. In addition, the level of pollution in the coastal city of West Sumatra is also expected to decrease.
On the same occasion, Vice President Director of PT Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM) Henry Tanoto emphasized that TEY is not just a program to increase the concern of the younger generation, especially SLTA students for environmental problems, but also hones their sensitivity and concern for the future of the community's economy and its territory. Moreover, students are the next generation of the nation who will hold the baton of leadership of this country.
