JAKARTA - Geely does not want to lose to other Chinese manufacturers in expanding its market globally by intending to expand on European soil.

The company based in Hangzhou, China will enter the Polish market by launching two models consisting of Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) and Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV).

Reported by CarNewsChina, Wednesday, May 14, the first model to be launched is similar to Indonesia, namely EX5, followed by a C-SUV segment car driven by PHEV.

Both models use the advanced GAE modular architecture. EX5 is expected to pave the country in the third quarter of this year.

It is known, Geely EX5 apart from Indonesia, is also available in Thailand, Mexico, Australia, and much more. In addition, Malaysian car manufacturer Proton sells Geely EX5-based eMas 7 SUVs in the local market.
