Suzuki Presents Jimny Adventure Experience, The Sensation Of Offroad Driving Is Like In The Wild

JAKARTA - Some attracted attention from PT Suzuki Indonesia at the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2025, namely Jimny Adventure Experience which is located opposite the entrance to Hall A2.

The experience presented this time is more extreme and thrilling and closer to the true driving sensation in the wild. 4W Marketing Director of PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS) Harold Donnel, expressed great enthusiasm last year to prove that Jimny was not just a vehicle, but an icon for true adventurers.

"After successfully stealing the attention at IIMS previously, now we come in a more attractive format, the path becomes challenging, and the experience of driving is more in-depth," he said, in an official statement received on Thursday, February 20.

The Jimny Adventure Experience Arena presents a series of specific challenges to test vehicle capabilities. For example, there is Rock crawling as an opening obstacle, in this area Jimny's tires have to hit large rocks using the All Grip Pro driving system so that it works optimally and the suspension responds perfectly to maintain traction.

There is also a Seesaw obstacle which becomes the next obstacle where the balance of the vehicle is tested when crossing thejungkat-junctage bridge. Then, the meaning obstacle awaits with an uneven lane and a tilt angle, forcing each wheel to work independently. The shocks felt are not just a challenge, but clear evidence of the flexibility of the suspension in facing off-road terrain.

After that, participants' adrenaline will be tested when participants face the Stairs Obstacle, an obstacle that is equipped with more sharp inclines, which is directly followed by steep derivatives, testing the grip power and stability of vehicles on extreme road contours.

At its peak, visitors will face an uphill and downhill obstacle with a height of more than four meters. This challenge is a real test for Hill Descent Control (HDC) and Hill Hold Assist (HHA), ensuring that the vehicle remains stable and under control while climbing or declining in extreme conditions.

In this experience, Suzuki collaborated with professional off-road drivers from the Suzuki Jip Indonesia (SJI) who are members of the Indonesia Offroad Federation (IOF) to accompany every visitor, share driving techniques while going through extreme terrain, and provide insight into off-road world challenges.
