JAKARTA - PT Inchcape Indomobil Distribution Indonesia, as the sole agent of the Mercedes-Benz brand holder (ATPM) in the country, again held the annual Mercedes-Benz Dealer Of The Year 2024 award which took place at The Ballroom Djakarta Theater.
This award aims to give appreciation to dealers with the best performance throughout the year, as well as their role in supporting Mercedes-Benz in providing the best experience for its loyal customers.
At the event, the company announced that the PT Suri Motor Indonesia dealer network, located in South Jakarta, received a Dealer of the Year 2024 award which was based on several factors.
The factors include several assessments including sales performance, aftersales services, customer satisfaction index, and business excellence.
"Mitra dealers have a very important role in providing Best Customer Experience for Mercedes-Benz customers. The various initiatives and services provided by dealers also encourage the growth of Mercedes-Benz in Indonesia," said PT Inchcape Indomobil Distribution Indonesia Chief Operating Officer (COO), Donald Rachmat in a statement received on Wednesday, February 19.
