Suzuki Boyong Car Concept Baru At IIMS 2025, Model EWX?

JAKARTA - Exhibition IIMS is a place for various manufacturers to launch car models, as well as displaying car concepts such as PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS).

At the prestigious exhibition, Suzuki will provide an important and interesting surprise, presenting a global concept that was first exhibited in Indonesia.

"This is one of our main stars in Indonesia and we will introduce it on February 13," said Public Relations of PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales Zulfikar Rafi Al Ghany, during a presentation at the IIMS press conference some time ago.

Unfortunately, he did not elaborate in more detail on the concept to be presented. However, when referring to the silhouette displayed at the press conference, the model in question refers to the Suzuki eWX. From the front display, this car has a round light design, just like the eWX model.

For information, the car was first featured at the 2023 Japan Mobility Show, then the 2024 Bangkok International Motor Show, and this year it is likely to be present in Indonesia.

Secara spesifikasi eWX memiliki dimensional, panjang 3,395 mm, lebar 1,475 mm, dengan tinggi 1,620 mm. Dengan dimensional tersebut artinya mobil satu ini tak terlalu besar, dan cocok untuk digunakan di dalam kota.

Suzuki has not disclosed in detail the specifications of the car, many have speculated that this vehicle will carry a full-voltage electric platform.

As previously reported, Maruti Suzuki plans to assemble this local car, where it is estimated that this car is embedded with a smaller 35 kWh battery compared to the e Vitara SUV which reaches 60 kWh.

With this battery (35 kWh), Suzuki's tiny electric car is able to reach 230 km in one full charge. Indeed, it's not a fantastic number, but of course it's suitable for urban areas.
