Hyundai Motors Indonesia (HMID) now makes it easier for all electric vehicle (EV) users in Indonesia by introducing the 'EV Charging Subscription' service.

The EV Charging Subscription service is a monthly subscription package for Hyundai and non-Hyundai EV users in the country. This offer presents various benefits for electric car owners in Indonesia.

Launching from the official Hyundai Motors Indonesia website, Tuesday, February 4, this program has spread outside hundreds of charging points, which are 296 points and can be accessed through the MyHyundai application starting February 3, 2025.

The company claims the package can save up to 47 percent of expenses compared to regular charging costs in public areas.

HMID offers three packages in the EV Charging Subscription service, namely the Basic EV Package which offers a public charging quota of 50 kWh/month and a mobile charging quota of 1 time/month, then the Smart EV Package which has a public charging quota of 100 kWh/month as well as a mobile charging quota of 1 time/month, and the Comfort EV Package with a public charging quota of 250 kWh/month as well as a 2 times/month mobile charging quota.

For the 'Basic EV Package', new Hyundai EV buyers in Indonesia can get it for free. For old Hyundai EV users, the package costs Rp120,000/month and non-Hyundai EV users need to pay Rp170,000/month.

Then, the 'Smart EV package' program can be obtained by new Hyundai EV buyers by paying Rp. 150,000/month, then Rp. 220,000/month for old Hyundai EV users, and general EV owners are subject to a tag of Rp. 270,000/month.
