HPM Sukses Holds Honda National Skill Contest, Ajang Unjuk Gigi In Quality Services

JAKARTA - PT Honda Prospect Motor (HPM) has held the 'Honda National Skill Contest 2025' for the 19th time on January 21-22.

The event was held as a place to prove the reliability of service technicians, entrepreneurs, service providers, staff parts, and customer care attended by all members of Honda dealers in Indonesia.

Sales & Marketing and After Sales Director of PT HPM, Yusak Billy said the event was also held to measure and increase the readiness of the workforce in providing the best service for consumers.

"Through this competition, we hope to continue to improve service standards, both in the field of sales and aftersales in all Honda dealers," Billy said in his statement, Saturday, January 25.

Before reaching the national level, the selection was carried out in five areas of Main Dealer Honda which oversees all official dealers in Indonesia.

Pada tahap final nasional, sebanyak 81 finalis dari 44 dealer bersaing dalam berbagai kategori, meliputi: 18 orang wirainaga untuk sub kategori Sales Consultant dan Sales Instruktor, 45 orang teknisif Jenderal Repair, Technician Pair Maintenance dan Service Advisor.

In addition, there are also 9 people from Spare Parts and 9 people from Customer Care who participated in this contest.

In the traveling category, participants are tested through written tests and simulations to measure product understanding and skills in serving customers. Then in the service category, technicians compete in General Repair, Pair Maintenance, and Service Advisor skills.

Then, the spare parts category shows technical expertise in controlling Honda car parts. Meanwhile, Customer Care Officer simulates various customer service scenarios ranging from answering product questions to handling customer complaints professionally.
