Jetour Strengthens Global Position With New Sales Record

JAKARTA - The automotive manufacturer from China, Jetour, recorded an annual sales record throughout 2024, where sales touched 568,387 units.

From the data received, the Chinese brand managed to record growth from year to year of 80.3 percent. The increase in sales is also claimed to strengthen Jetour's position in a row over brand-brand SUVs on the global market.

Jetour Auto Vice President Ke Chuandeng, revealed that 2024 was an extraordinary year for the company, by making significant sales growth. This strengthens Jetour's position as a player considered in the global automotive industry.

"We will also continue to strengthen global networks in order to convey the best innovative products and services to more consumers around the world. In accordance with our vision, Jetour will consistently present sophisticated vehicles to accompany global adventurers on every trip," he said, in an official statement received on Monday, January 20.

This Chinese brand itself was present in Indonesia, to be precise at the GIIAS 2024 event last August. Furthermore, the official launch of two models from the Family Travel Series as the flagship SUV, namely Jetour Dashing and X70 Plus. These two models are the company's strategies to answer the trend of the Indonesian market which shows a positive response to the SUV for lifestyle and adventure needs.

This year (2025) this well-known brand claims to expand the concept of 'Travel+' in various countries, with the aim of providing a more personal travel experience according to everyone's needs. In fact, this brand is very confident to compete in the SUV segment in Indonesia.

Later for the Indonesian market itself, Jetour has mapped various model launches and will present an offroad SUV to enliven the Indonesian automotive market. The launch time has not been disclosed, but of course it is highly anticipated.
