This Supercar Special Lubris Is Pertamina Lubricants' First Product Produced Abroad

JAKARTA - PT Pertamina Lubricants is expanding its production reach to Europe by undergoing a strategic partnership with Maxprom S.r.L, an Italian-based holding company engaged in petrochemicals.

This collaboration is the company's first step in starting the blending and distribution process of its products in Europe. Fastron Platinum Racing 10W-60 which is a special lubricant for supercar cars is the first product produced abroad.

Director of Sales & Marketing of PT Pertamina Lubricants, Dwi Puja Arestya hopes that this partnership can open up opportunities for wider distribution to meet consumer needs on the blue continent.

"We hope to open up wider distribution opportunities in the European market and support consumer needs in the region," said Ariesya in a statement, Tuesday, November 19.

Expansion of production in Italy through Maxprom S.r.L is also expected to accelerate penetration of Pertamina Lubricants in the European market, as well as increase brand awareness and customer loyalty in the global market.

Fastron Platinum Racing 10W-60 lubricants are the result of the company's collaboration with Lamborghini Squadra Corse which has been running since 2015. At that time, Lamborghini's racing division faced challenges in developing the Super Trofeo race in Asia which had extreme weather.

This national company responded by developing the lubricant with special specifications that were able to maintain optimal performance under any conditions.

In addition, the oil was also used by the racing team in other events such as GT3, World Endurance Championship (WEC), and the International Motor Sports Association (IMSA) in North America in the main class of Le Manshir Hybrid (LMDh).
