Mitsubishi Xpander To Pajero Sport Rising Prices At The Beginning Of The Year, What Causes It?

JAKARTA - Several car models from Mitsubishi experienced price increases in early 2024, including Mitsubishi Xpander, Xpander Cross, Triton, and L-300, which increased by an average of IDR 3 million.

Not only that, but Mitsubishi Pajero Sport also experienced an increase in prices of IDR 5 million, while for Mitsubishi XFORCE, prices remained stable without any changes. Apparently, there are several factors that cause the price increase.

According to Tetsuhiro Tsuchida, Director of Sales & Marketing Division of PT MMKSI, price adjustments to Mitsubishi Motors vehicles are caused by several factors, including inflation, tax schemes, market demand, and production costs.

"Until now, we continue to monitor market conditions in 2024 and strive to maximize the benefits that consumers can enjoy, in addition to product aspects. This includes various attractive sales programs and the best aftersales service with Mitsubishi Motors standards," he said in an official statement received, Tuesday, January 9.

In responding to the price increase, PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) provided several sales programs in early 2024.
