After PEVS In Jakarta, Seres E1 Again Receives Positive Response At The IIMS Surabaya 2023 Event

JAKARTA - Successfully receiving a positive response at the 2023 Periclindo Electric Vehicle Show (PEVS) exhibition, PT Sokonindo Automobile again introduced the Seres brand at the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) Surabaya 2023.

The Seres brand again received a positive response from visitors to IIMS Surabaya who visited their booth at an event that took place from May 31 to June 4 at Grand City Surabaya.

In their booth, PT Sokoindo Automobile again showed off the Seres E1, the first mini EV of the Seres brand. The presence of this electric vehicle attracted the public's attention and showed an increase in the number of electric cars in Indonesia.

"The presence of Seres at IIMS Surabaya 2023 with the Seres E1 model shows Seres' ability to develop electric vehicles and get positive appreciation from visitors," said Achmad Rofiqi, Marketing Head of PT Sokoindo Automobile, in an official statement on Wednesday, June 7.

Although the price of this car has not been disclosed, this positive response is supported by market interest in Seres E1.

Thanks to its high enthusiasm, Seres E1 won the "Best EV New Comer" award at IIMS Surabaya 2023, which was given by the event organizer, Dyandra Promosindo.

Previously, Seres E1 also received a high response in the 2023 PEVS, with 1,100 interested people and 55 people placing orders for the mini EV.

Seres will be the pioneer in the use of electric vehicles in Indonesia using core batteries, electric motors, and other components. The Seres brand became the first automotive brand to introduce 100 percent electric vehicles in Indonesia.

Although the price has not been announced, Seres E1 will come with two options offered by PT Sokoindo. Seres will be produced at the Cikande factory, Banten, and will be part of PT Sokoindo Automobile, along with the DFSK brand.
