Veda Ega Still Blind with the Brno Circuit Track

JAKARTA - Indonesian young racer, Veda Ega Pratama, is still blind to the Brno Automotodrom Circuit which he will face for the ninth Moto3 2026 race this weekend.

The Czech Republic Grand Prix race will take place on June 19-21, 2026. Veda Ega is ready to go down to improve results on the track, which he was previously less than satisfied with in the race at Balatok Park, Hungary.

Veda admitted that the Brno Circuit was very unfamiliar to him. However, the rider who defended the Honda Team Asia still believed that he could bring out the best of his ability to return to a positive trend.

"Brno will also be a completely new track for me, but I am motivated because the circuit looks very interesting with many elevation changes and flowing corners," he said in an official statement.

In the previous series in Hungary, Veda had to be content with finishing the race in 16th place. This result made him fail to score points for the first time in the race calendar this season, which was his debut year in the Moto3 class.

Veda assessed that the experience in Hungary gave many important lessons to face the next challenges, especially related to how to adapt quickly to new circuits and face difficult situations during the race.

"The main goal is to learn everything gradually. We know we have good potential, so I want to focus on having a strong weekend, continue to improve every day, and fight for a positive result," he said.

Currently, Veda is in sixth place in the 2026 Moto3 standings with 71 points. This result is a good record because he has the status of a rookie or newcomer.

The number of points made Veda lose only one point from Brian Uriate in fifth place, David Alamsa with a collection of 76 points in fourth place, and Marco Morelli who collected 77 points to fill third place in the standings.
