This is Bezzecchi's fourth consecutive victory in the MotoGP arena. He previously last season also managed to take the first podium in the last two races, namely in the Portuguese and Valencia MotoGP.
Two wins at the start of the season have put Bezzecchi now on 56 points. He is 11 points ahead of Jorge Martin in second place and 14 points ahead of young rider Pedro Acosta in third.
