Ni Kadek Meets First Seed In The Semifinals Of The Korea Masters 2025

The women's singles badminton player Ni Kadek Dhinda Amartya Pratiwi in the quarter-finals of the Korea Masters 2025 (doc. PBSI).

JAKARTA The women's singles badminton player Ni Kadek Dhinda Amartya Pratiwi has qualified for the semifinals of the Korea Masters 2025 and will meet Chiu Pin-Chian's first seed from China Taipei.

The Bali-born athlete struggled with three games to beat the host's representative Park Ga-eun which ended with a score of 21-15, 22-24, and 21-13 on Friday, November 7, 2025.

This victory made Ni Kadek now lead a 2-0 win-loss record over Park. Another win came at the Luxembourg Open 2025.

"Astungkara, the match went smoothly, I once won against Park Ga-eun. So, I already know what the game will be like," said Ni Kadek in a statement.

The clash between the two badminton players was fierce in the first and second games. As for the deciding game, Kadek performed brilliantly and dominantly after he fell behind in the first point.

"The host's opponent and the audience are quite a lot, I'm not affected by the audience, I'm just trying to give the best game," said Kadek.

Chiu Pin-Chian on the other hand, secured tickets for the semifinals by defeating Japanese women's singles, Asuka Takahashi, in two straight games 21-10 and 21-7.

"Tomorrow (8 November 2025) the semifinals will face the first seed, he has experience and often meets senior players. So tomorrow he wants to play all out," said Ni Kadek.
