Rrange Rover Shaquille O'Neal Stolen While Sending, Possible Hacker Attack

JAKARTA - Shaquille O'Neal reportedly lost a new Range Rover. In several reports, the car was stolen on its way to Louisiana after modification.

On Thursday, October 23, 2025, local time, an initial report from Page Six stated that the former NBA star's car, worth $180,000, disappeared after the driver's seat was modified to fit the athlete with a height of 2.2 meters.

Then on the same day, TMZ Sports reported the same thing, adding that the Lumpkin County Sheriff's Office confirmed the report.

"Initial information suggests that unauthorized individuals or companies may have taken over the vehicle under false pretext," the Lumpkin County Sheriff's Office reported.

According to the two media, an O'Neal car was reportedly being transported from Georgia to Louisiana by Efrotless Motors when the theft occurred.

Authorities believe digital hacking of data from the car transportation company helps thieves capture the vehicle.

"Further investigations reveal that a crane truck registered in the name of Griffin Wrecker Service LLC, with Georgia number plate YIW241, was involved in transporting the vehicle to an address in Atlanta."

"The person believed to be coordinating the crane has not been fully identified," the sheriff's office told TMZ.

The O'Neal car was reportedly taken on Monday, October 20, 2025 for transport, but was never delivered to the intended destination.

Now Effortless Motors is offering a prize of 10,000 US dollars (approximately IDR 166 million). Page Six also said O'Neal was working with police to help find the vehicle. The investigation is reportedly still ongoing.

In December 2024, O'Neal, who also recently renovated the car driven by his late teammate Kobe Bryant, in high school as a gift for Bryant's parents, asked West Coast Customs to adjust his Lucid Air to fit his large body, just like he did his Rolls-Royce Cullinan.

"I have 40 cars and I don't know why. I have five houses, I don't know why," he said.
