JAKARTA The regulations governing the exhibition fight between Jake Paul and Gervonta Davis in November 2025 have been officially released by the organizers.
Most Valuable Productions (MVP) founder Nakisa Bidarian said the Florida Athletics Commission (FAC) had approved a number of requirements for clashes between the two names.
"There will be winners because the fighters have agreed and the commission has agreed to a maximum weight of 195 pounds (88 kilograms) for this exhibition match," he said.
The duel of the two names will take place in 10 rounds with a duration of three minutes each. They will also wear a sarong with a capacity of 12oz.

Their duel will be judged by three world-class professional judges who are approved by the commission. They will assess the results of each round to determine the winner if the duel lasts until the last round.
"Both fights are also registered in the highest-level testing with the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA)," Bidarian said.
The clash between Davis and Paul cannot be separated from controversy due to the difference in weight between the two.
Davis as the lightweight world champion has been fighting in the 61 kilograms class, while Paul has fought for most of his career in cruiserweight or 90.7 kilograms.
So far Davis has also worn 8oz boxing gloves as a lightweight fighter. Meanwhile, Paul often wears boxing gloves in the 10oz category.
Paul, 28, has a record of 12 wins and one defeat in his professional record. On the other hand, 30-year-old Davis has 30 wins and one draw.
Previously, Paul had drawn criticism for fighting former world champion Mike Tyson who was 58 years old in 2024.
Davis is expected to face Lamont Roach Jr in a rematch after their fight in March 2025 ended in a controversial draw.
