Already Undergoing Medical Tests, Jay Idzes One Step Again Joining Sassuolo

Jay Idzes is almost finalizing a move to Sassuolo (VOI/Karisa Aurelia Tukan).

JAKARTA - The Indonesian National Team (Timnas) defender, Jay Idzes, is said to be joining Sassuolo soon after undergoing a series of processes, including medical tests.

Previously, Jay Idzes was reportedly in the shot of a number of Serie A famous clubs, but now the biggest opportunity is to get closer to Sassuolo.

Sources in Italy say the 25-year-old player is getting closer to the club, which last season won Serie B.

If it is true that Sassuolo will be contracted, then Jay will appear in Serie A in two consecutive seasons in different costumes.

Previously, Jay Idzes appeared in Serie A to strengthen Venezia. He has been at this club since 2023 or while still in Serie B.
