JAKARTA The 16 best teams from 16 regions on the island of Java and outside Java will compete for the championship podium in the 2025 All Stars Pertiwi U-14 and U-16 Cup Hydroplus tournaments.
The event, which was held by PSSI in collaboration with the Djarum Foundation and Hydroplus Sports Service, took place on 7-13 July 2025 at the Supersoccer Arena, Kudus, Central Java.
PSSI General Chair Erick Thohir said that this tournament is an important part to improve the grassroots ecosystem of women's soccer in Indonesia.
"I hope that in the next three years the collaboration of PSSI, the Djarum Foundation Sports Service, and Hydroplus will further strengthen the operational development of women's soccer that is tiered for the future," he said.

Participants of the 2025 All Stars Pertiwi U-14 and U-16 Cup Hydroplus are the result of the selection of 16 cities and regionals for the 2025 Pertiwi U-14 and U-16 Cup Hydroplus from April to the end of June 2025.
They were chosen from the tournaments previously held by a number of cities in Java, such as in Tangerang, Bandung, Cirebon, Semarang, Surabaya, Kudus, Malang, Jakarta, Solo, and Yogyakarta. Director of MilkLife Soccer Challenge, Teddy Tjahjono, said that this tournament will be used by coach Satoru Mochizuki to monitor players for the U-16 Women's National Team in the AFF and U-17 Cups in the Asian Cup.
"He and the U-16 Women's National Team coach team will monitor talent for young footballers. This is expected to provide enthusiasm and enthusiasm for younger siblings for more serious training," said Teddy.
The Hydroplus Piala Pertiwi U-14 and U-16 2025 are a continuation of the MilkLife Soccer Challenge (MLSC) tournament which has been successfully held in eight cities since 2023 with a total participants until June 2025 reaching more than 24 thousand.
