JAKARTA - Liverpool have agreed to sign Bayer Leverkusen's playmaker, Florian Wirtz, in an agreement that could reach a record UK transfer of 116 million pounds.
Liverpool saw two offers rejected by Leverkusen - who initially wanted 126 million pounds for Wirtz - before receiving an initial fee of 100 million pounds, plus a bonus of up to 16 million pounds.
