JAKARTA - The Indonesian beach volleyball pair, Bintang Akbar/Sofyan Rachman Efendi, successfully won the 2025 Sanvinest Khanh Hoa Cup title which took place in Vietnam.
They climbed the tournament's highest podium after defeating Thailand's representative, Kaewsai Dunwinit/Nakprakhong Banlue, on Monday, June 9, 2025.
"This result is indeed in accordance with our target. The teams competing here are those who will also appear at the 2025 SEA Games," said Head of the PBVSI PP Beach Volleyball Section, Slamet Mulyanto.
In the final match, Bintang/Sofyan won convincingly over their opponents two straight sets with a final score of 21-11 and 21-18.

This victory confirmed the dominance of the Indonesian men's beach volleyball team in the annual event which was attended by Southeast Asian and East Asian countries.
