JAKARTA - Badminton fans who filled Istora Senayan Jakarta, this Sunday, were shrouded in emotion when attending the legendary Indonesian men's doubles farewell event Hendra Setiawan/Mohammad Ahsan.

"I feel happy because I can end (a professional career as an athlete) at Istora," said Hendra on the tribute stage entitled 'Moment of Honor', quoted from ANTARA, Sunday, January 26.

Not only filled by fans who watched live, the farewell event The Daddies was also attended by their former coaches such as Herry Iman Pierngadi and Hendrawan. Former Indonesian men's doubles coach Aryono Miranat was also seen present among the audience.

"Training Hendra and Ahsan is special, because of their dedication, discipline, on and off the field is extraordinary," said Herry.
