Diamonds Amid Manchester United's Chaos Heritage

Ruben Amorim has inherited chaos at Manchester United since his arrival in November 2024.

However, in the midst of Old Trafford's ruins, the manager finds Amad Diallo and at least for now, that's enough to build him, and Manchester United, moving forward.

Amory can only hope he has more than one Amad. He needs it at number 10 and as a full-back.

He needs more players with energy and pressing abilities like Diallo's.

Now, the Ivory Coast player is Manchester United's top scorer. Amorym needs more players who have the instinct to score goals like Diallo.

The problem is, with a little space to make changes in the January 2025 transfer window, Amorism must be satisfied with what it has.

The 39-year-old manager should be able to find at least another diamond in the legacy of Ten Hag's era of chaos, which then triggered other players to both shine and leave the slump of the past, if turning a stone into a pearl in an instant is difficult.
