Jay Idzes Doesn't Want To Be Big Head Praised As A Multipurpose Player

JAKARTA - Jay Idzes succeeded in proving himself to be a versatile player when he strengthened his club, Venezia, in the Italian Serie A. However, the Indonesian National Team player was reluctant to have a big head with the praise he addressed to him.

Against Inter, Jay Idzes was even able to block the Nerazzurri bomber, Lautaro Martinez, who headed into the net.

Next, it was Davide Frattesi's shot which was blocked by the 24-year-old centre-back.

Although his appearance was enough to steal attention, that didn't help Venezia get out of defeat. Matteo Darmian's singles goal in the 14th minute lasted until the end.

Venezia actually didn't stay silent. It was recorded that there were three golden opportunities that they created, but failed to produce goals.

One of them hit the post and the other two were saved by Inter goalkeeper Yann Sommer.
