JAKARTA - Celebrity Rachel Vennya continues to show her consistency to keep her mouth shut during the legal process for her escape from Wisma Atlet Pademangan. In fact, he had previously claimed that he had never been quarantined.

Rachel Vennya's silence was shown since the beginning of her initial examination at the Polda Metro Jaya some time ago. From the moment she arrived, the woman didn't say a word at all.

Although after undergoing the examination, Rachel had time to deliver her statement. In which, he apologized and stated that he was ready to undergo the legal process.

Rachel Vennya continued to show a similar attitude during her second examination, on Monday, November 1. Where, the status of the case from his escape action has been raised to the level of investigation.

From arriving at the Regional Police at 08.53 WIB until the examination was completed at 15.15 WIB, there was not a word to explain the case. He remained silent a thousand languages.

However, Rachel Vennya's lawyer, Indra Raharja, said that during the examination, investigators asked 38 questions. All related to the chronology of his client's escape action.

"Yes, there is (a matter of chronology)," said Indra

However, Indra said there was no new statement material in the examination. Investigators just repeat questions that have been asked when the status of the case is at the investigation stage.

"Just repeat. Previously, the investigation was now an investigation," said Indra.

Rachel Vennya's silence also gave rise to many conjectures. One of them was because he was under pressure due to his criminal actions.

However, Indra denied it. He said not commenting was the right of his client. Moreover, Rachel did not experience mental stress.

However, when asked about the behavior of his client who temporarily deleted his Instagram account so that he was considered to be experiencing mental stress, Indra said he didn't know it

In fact, Indra also said that his client's behavior had not changed despite knowing that there was a 1-year criminal threat under the Health Quarantine and Disease Outbreak Act. Instead, he stated that Rachel was still going through the process according to the applicable regulations.

"Already (knowing the criminal threat)," said Indra.

Rachel Vennya is known to have run away while undergoing quarantine at the Wisma Atlet COVID-19 Emergency Hospital (RSDC) after a vacation from the United States.

Kodam Jaya as the Command of the COVID-19 Integrated Joint Task Force delegated the case of Rachel Vennya's escape to the Police.

During the investigation process, the Jaya Regional Military Command found the involvement of two members of the TNI who served in the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Security Task Force, Tangerang and Wisma Atlet Pademangan. They allegedly arranged for celebrity Rachel Vennya to escape quarantine.
