Mukomuko - The Social Service of Mukomuko Regency, Bengkulu Province, asked local residents not to shackle people with mental disorders because these actions violate human rights (HAM).

The local Social Service received reports that two ODGJs in the settlement unit (SP) V and Pondok Suguh Sub-district were being shackled from sub-district social welfare workers (TKSK) and social workers.
