Rumors Appeared Allegedly Photo Of Rachel Vennya At Wisma Atlet Settingan, This Is What The Police Said

JAKARTA - Rumors circulated that the alleged photo of Rachel Vennya at Wisma Atlet Pademangan, North Jakarta was just a fiction or commonly called a setting. The photo was mentioned just to make sure Rachel Vennya has been quarantined.

However, the scheme that was arranged failed because Rachel Vennya's escape action had already been exposed.

Confirmed about this, Director of General Criminal Investigation Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Tubagus Ade Hidayat reluctant to comment much. He only stated that the news of the photo setting at the Wisma Atlet was an investigation material.

"That's an investigation material," Tubagus told VOI, Tuesday, October 26.

While regarding the process of handling the case, Tubagus stated that it is still ongoing. Investigators have examined witnesses.

"Still, we still continue to collect them. But I don't know each one by heart," said Tubagus.

Rachel Vennya is known to have run away while undergoing quarantine at the Wisma Atlet COVID-19 Emergency Hospital (RSDC) after a vacation from abroad.

Kodam Jaya as the Command of the COVID-19 Integrated Joint Task Force delegated the case of Rachel Vennya's escape to the Police.

In the process of investigation by the Jaya Regional Military Command found the involvement of two members of the TNI who served in the Security Task Force at Soekarno Hatta Airport in Tangerang, Banten and Wisma Atlet Pademangan. Where, their role is allegedly arranging for Rachel Vennya to escape quarantine after returning from the United States.
