"City and regency governments can reopen face-to-face teaching and learning activities, but the school must be in a sub-district with a green zone status, or in other words, it cannot be directly addressed simultaneously," said Ridwan Kamil's nickname Kang Emil, quoted by Antara, Sukabumi, Saturday, July 25.

However, face-to-face teaching and learning should not be done simultaneously, it must be gradual. Starting from the high school level and equivalent, if the evaluation results are good, then proceed to the junior high school level, elementary school to early childhood education (PAUD).

However, schools that are ready to implement face-to-face teaching and learning must prepare everything they can to maintain the safety and health of teachers, students and other school members so that they do not catch COVID-19.

In addition, to avoid crowds at school, the school can shift the entry schedule and cannot force all students to enter school to carry out face-to-face teaching and learning, if there are parents who are still worried about their children's health.

He continued, although in the future face-to-face teaching and learning activities could be implemented, he asked for commitments from all parties to jointly handle COVID-19 at least obey and obey in implementing health protocols in this new normal period.

"KBM must prioritize health protocols in schools, therefore the principal must control the implementation of teaching and learning activities and must provide various equipment as a preventive measure to break the chain of spreading COVID-19," he added.

Kang Emil said that according to the agreement the learning process in class must be limited and take turns, such as half at school and half at home.
