JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan handed over a temporary building permit (IMB) certificate in the Tanah Merah village area. This permit was received by a dozen representatives of Tanah Merah Village residents.
In the symbolic handover ceremony, Anies said, the regional IMB letter was the first in Indonesia.
"This IMB area is the first in Indonesia. Not for one building, the IMB is intended for one area such as in one Neighborhood Association (RT) under the auspices of a cooperative," said Anies in Tanah Merah Village, Rawa Badak Selatan Village, Koja, North Jakarta, Saturday, October 16th.

On that occasion, Anies also inaugurated other infrastructure in Tanah Merah Village such as 3.1 kilometers of concrete environmental roads, a concrete U-ditch drainage system, communal septic tanks, 6 (six) gates, PAM Jaya clean water pipes for 1,100 customers, to parks.
