A total of 400 offices that will be audited starting Monday, October 17, are based on the determination of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Office of Human Settlements, Spatial Planning, and Land and PTSP DKI.
The supervisory team will review whether or not the construction of infiltration wells is in accordance with the Office Building Permit (IMB).
If there are no infiltration wells, the company that owns the building will be given the opportunity for 30 days to build infiltration wells in accordance with Governor Regulation (Pergub) Number 20 of 2013 concerning Groundwater.
"Even after 30 days they do not build infiltration wells, we seal them, we make a sign that this building has not made infiltration wells. The final stage of strict sanctions will be carried out at the provincial level," said Bakwan.
