JAKARTA - The TNI personnel who allegedly helped the celebrity Rachel Vennya escape from the Pademangan Athlete's Guesthouse were widely discussed by netizens on Twitter. This started from the upload of the @stfyyy**** account meme on Thursday, October 14 yesterday.

Rachel Vennya seemed to be wearing a negligee with her eyes slightly looking up while wrapping her arms around TNI personnel.

After this news was confirmed to be true, Spokesperson for the COVID-19 Task Force, Wiku Adisasmito, said that there was a threat of sanctions that could ensnare Rachel for her actions.

"If there are parties who do not heed the quarantine, they can be subject to sanctions in Article 14 of Law Number 4 of 1984 concerning Infectious Disease Outbreaks and Article 93 of Law Number 6 of 2018 concerning Health Quarantine," said Wiku in Jakarta, Thursday, October 14.
