"The time of 1,000 mines for TNI officials and police officials is not known," said the former Indonesian Minister of Defense.
Prabowo further asked that the investigation be carried out thoroughly. Anyone involved must be prosecuted without looking at their position or closeness to the authorities.
He also reminded the importance of the courage of the leadership to discipline subordinates who commit violations.

On the same occasion, Prabowo also touched on the impact of illegal mine enforcement on the performance of PT Timah Tbk. He said the red plate mining company recorded a profit of IDR 2.7 trillion in the first six months of 2026.
"Imagine that in six months of 2026 PT Timah has achieved a profit of 2.7 trillion, nine times higher than the same period last year," explained Prabowo.
According to Prabowo, PT Timah's profit increased by 900 percent compared to the same period last year.
He also said that the valuation of PT Timah Tbk increased by 280 percent in August 2026 compared to August 2025.
"Maybe those who have shares in PT tin mean their wealth has increased by 300 percent," concluded Prabowo.
