'You Don't Slander Me, OK!' Social Minister Risma Said While Pointing At The Residents Of East Lombok

JAKARTA - Shouting at each other, shouting to cut off the conversation. That was the condition that occurred when the Minister of Social Affairs (Mensos) Tri Rismaharini came to East Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), Wednesday, October 13 and met with two residents.

The heated tension debate just happened between Risma and the residents there. The two of them shouted at each other, cutting off the conversation in shrill voices.

The video recording of this incident has gone viral on social media. Gathered from various sources, the presence of Minister of Social Affairs Risma in Tete Batu Selatan Village, Sikur District, East Lombok, was surprised by the appearance of two residents. It is not clear who the resident was.

They protested about the distribution of social assistance (bansos). Risma's debate with the two residents lasted for quite a long time and took place in super close proximity.

"Hey.. I wouldn't come here if..." said Risma to the two people. But Risma's voice was cut off by the resident.

"Never mind, already..." said Risma who was again cut off by the residents.

"Hey, don't cut it, the voice is low," said a policeman trying to calm the resident.

"Now where is your data if you want to fight?" asked Risma.

"This is a supplier's place here, we are asking why Mrs.... This is a place for a supplier, what's going on here. That's what we need to ask," said the resident loudly.

"Eh, for a moment, you don't slander me, okay?" Risma said, pointing at the resident.

"Not slander..." cut the resident.

"Listen, you have the right to speak, I also have the right to speak! If I don't have good intentions, why am I here," said Risma trying to calm down.

"Yes, we appreciate it," cut the resident.

"Secondly, I don't know if this is a supplier or not. I'm the minister who doesn't take care of this. Third, if you want to fight, please accept my data," said Risma, raising her voice again as she walked away.
