Breast Begal Incident In Cipayung, Police Suggest Victims Make Reports

JAKARTA - The Cipayung Police have investigated the crime scene (TKP) for the viral case of breast robbery or sexual harassment that befell MN (28) an employee in Gang Joky, Bambu Apus Village, Cipayung District, East Jakarta.

"We have met with the victim and conducted a crime scene investigation. Then we checked the CCTV footage at the location," said Cipayung Police Chief Kompol Bambang Cipto to reporters, Wednesday, October 13, afternoon.

Bambang said his staff were still gathering witnesses and investigating the case. Bambang also advised the victim MN to make a police report.

"We ask for prayers, hopefully this problem will be solved quickly," he said.

Previously, it was reported that MN, a 28-year-old woman, became a victim of breast robbery in the Joky alley, Cipayung, East Jakarta. After committing the depraved act, the perpetrator fled using the motorbike he was driving.

As a result of this incident, the victim experienced a deep sense of trauma. The act of harassment by the perpetrator was caught on CCTV surveillance cameras at the scene.

"Looking into his eyes, it looks like someone is suspicious, that's why I stepped aside, he just pulled me like this," the victim told reporters at the scene, Tuesday, October 12, night.

Based on the monitoring of CCTV camera footage, a man driving an automatic motorbike entered the Joky alley, Cipayung area, East Jakarta.

When he arrived at the end of the alley, the perpetrator suddenly turned the motorbike he was driving. The perpetrator then carried out a bust against the victim who was walking to go home after work.

"I was on my way home from work, from there in front of the alley he walked. Well, at the T-junction he knew he was approaching me, it was already tight. When I was in a hurry, I stepped aside because I was already stuck on the pager, I was pulled right away," said the victim. M N.
