Grandpa Abus His Own Neighbor, 6-Year-Old Boy, Angry Residents Surround Grandpa's House

JAKARTA - An underage girl with the initials KZ (6) became a victim of sexual harassment allegedly committed by S (71) in Kampung Salo, North Kembangan, West Jakarta.

It is suspected that the perpetrator is a neighbor of the victim whose house is only 15 meters away. The case of sexual harassment was successfully discovered by local residents. As a result, the house of the perpetrator was surrounded by residents because they were angry with his actions.

Meanwhile, other residents immediately reported the incident of sexual harassment to the Kembangan Police Headquarters. The Kembangan Police Criminal Investigation Unit immediately went to the victim's house.

The perpetrator was taken to the Kembangan Police with the victim for further processing.

"We have received reports of alleged sexual abuse. The police team led by the Criminal Investigation Unit AKP Ferdo Elfianto also visited the crime scene and arrested the perpetrators," said Kembangan police chief Kompol Khoiri when contacted by VOI, Tuesday, October 10, afternoon.

After arriving at the Sector Police, KZ and S were examined intensively by the Criminal Investigation Officer of the Kembangan Police.

"We followed up by interrogating the complainant accompanied by his mother and sister regarding the incident," he said.

S was secured to avoid the tantrums of residents who were already upset with S. As of Tuesday night, S was still being questioned by police investigators.

Meanwhile, the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of AKP, Ferdo Elvianto, said that his party had conducted a crime scene at the reported location.

"S was secured to avoid unwanted incidents. So that vigilante matters and so on would not occur. The victim and the alleged reported have been at the Kembangan Police Station for questioning," he said.
