JAKARTA - The parents of the dangdut singer Ayu Rosmalina or Ayu Ting Ting fulfill the summons of the Jakarta Metro Police investigators. Actually, father Rozak and Umi Kalsum would be examined as witnesses in the alleged defamation case with the reported owner of the Instagram account @gundik_empang.

According to VOI monitoring, father Rozak and Umi Kalsum arrived at the Metro Jaya Regional Police at around 10.40 western Indonesia time, Tuesday, October 12. The two of them came with Ayu Ting Ting and her attorney.

Both father Rozak and Umi Kalsum didn't talk much when they arrived at Metro Jaya Police. Meanwhile, her attorney, Minola Sebayang, said that his client's arrival was to keep her promise to provide information.

"As usual, BAP for witness examination, yes," said Minola to reporters, Tuesday, October 12.

On the other hand, Ayu Ting Ting only asked for prayers from all parties. The goal is to make the inspection process run smoothly.

"Alhamdulillah, just pray," said Ayu.

Previously, father Rozak and Umi Kalsum were not present at the examination last week. The reason is that they have not prepared free time to undergo the examination. So, it was decided to ask the police to reschedule.

The plan is that Ayu Ting Ting's parents will undergo an examination on Tuesday, October 12.

Meanwhile, Ayu Rosmalina alias Ayu Ting Ting reported the Instagram account @gundik_empang which allegedly belonged to Kartika Damayanti. The report was because Ayu felt that she and her child had been insulted.

Reports are registered with the number STTLP/B/4048/VIII/2021/SPKT/Metro Jaya Police. Ayu Ting Ting's report includes Article 315 on insults.
