"Partially, the application of the rukhsah concept during the COVID-19 pandemic already has a precedent," said the Vice President.
Meanwhile, Minister of Law and Human Rights Yasonna Laoly said it was necessary to conduct studies and collaborations to determine regulations related to handling the pandemic and recovering the national economy.
"It is hoped that the strategic role of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in restructuring and reforming law and human rights can respond to the situation and challenges that arise due to the COVID-19 pandemic," said Yasonna.
