Raping His Biological Child, A Man In Langkat Was Beaten By A Mob Until He Was Tied Up

MEDAN - A video showing a man tied up and beaten by a mob has gone viral on social media. This incident occurred in Sei Prison Village, Kuala District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra.

From the information gathered, the man turned out to be the perpetrator of the rape whose victim was his own son.

The Head of Public Relations of the North Sumatra Police, Kombes Hadi Wahyudi, confirmed the obscenity case. Kombes Present said the man was named Yusmanto and was secured by officers from the community.

"He is known to have molested his daughter since the age of 12," said Kombes Hadi, Monday, October 11.

Kombes Hadi said the man's lecherous behavior was first revealed after the victim complained to his mother.

"This case came to light when the victim told her mother that she had molested her father," he explained.

In the video circulating, the man was surrounded by residents in a tied condition. Residents say his obscene acts have been discovered.

In fact, one of the men who was furious with his actions that had the heart to molesting his son had fired several times.

Currently, Hadi said the obscene father is being held to account for his actions. He was charged with the crime of sexual intercourse and/or obscene acts against children.

"As referred to in Article 81 paragraph (2), Subsidiary to Article 82 paragraph (1) of Law No. 17 of 2016 concerning amendments to Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection," he said.
